Founded in 1996 by childhood friends Diwakar Gupta and Rohit Kumar, IKAN is a leading global talent mobility management company. Rohit Kumar, Co-founder and Jt. MD at Ikan, is a pioneering leader in talent mobility with 30 years of experience. A former TIRA board member and award-winning professional, he excels in operations, cross-cultural training, and strategic leadership. Rohit fosters a culture of excellence while championing Ikan’s commitment to Sustainable Development Goals.

Diwakar Gupta

Co-Founder & Jt. Managing Director

Diwakar Gupta, Co-founder and Jt. MD at Ikan, has shaped India’s talent mobility industry since 1996. A former Worldwide ERC Committee member and award-winning professional, he fosters an empowered, value-driven culture. An innovative entrepreneur, Diwakar leverages technology to drive solutions, including the award-winning Virtual Relo application for seamless, independent employee transitions.

Harveer Singh Chadha

Resident Director - Europe

Harveer Singh Chadha, Resident Director - Europe since 2021, joined Ikan in 2006, helping build service teams and assignment software. With a diverse IT background, he optimizes global business understanding. Known for excellent interpersonal skills, Harveer advocates for a benevolent, solutions-driven approach when supporting transferees and their families across the region.

Senior Vice President - Global Visas & Immigration

Vinod Sharma leads Ikan’s Immigration team and global EOR services. A 2013 FEM APAC award winner, he brings 20 years of experience across hospitality and mobility. Vinod’s strong people skills, passion, and deep expertise in Indian immigration practices make him an indispensable asset, consistently delivering exceptional results for his global clients.

Pooja Sapra drives business development and client relations across Delhi-NCR. With over two decades of experience across financial, automobile, and hospitality sectors, she excels in challenging markets. A skilled communicator with a human resources background, Pooja fosters customer satisfaction and maintains a loyal network of committed vendors and valued clients.

Reynold Varghese

Director - Relocation Services

Reynold Varghese, a seasoned professional with 15 years of industry experience, specializes in destination services and manages GEMS for Ikan. Holding a Management degree from Pune University, he offers deep expertise in the Delhi-NCR real estate market. Reynold consistently delivers high-quality service, blending process adherence with genuine empathy and care.

Soni Raju, with Ikan since 2005, brings 20 years of talent mobility expertise. Holding an MBA, she leverages her corporate background to provide end-to-end services, including immigration, tax, and relocation. As head of the Bengaluru service delivery station, Soni oversees quality, customer satisfaction, administration, and team welfare with exceptional dedication.
